Good to know: made-to-measure products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Because every Shelvy cabinet is made especially for you, it cannot simply be returned. Not sure yet? Order a sample first or visit our showroom.
Why there is no right of withdrawal
The law excludes products that are made to measure and to the customer's specifications from the right of withdrawal. This applies to our made-to-measure cabinets.
What is possible
Is something wrong with your order, or was it damaged in transit? Contact us within 14 days and we will sort it out together.
