Shipping is always free, throughout the Netherlands and Flanders. Below you can read exactly what to expect.

Lead time

Every cabinet is made to measure in our factory in Veenendaal. Expect a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks.

Delivery

Your furniture arrives neatly boxed on a trolley or a one-way pallet. The driver does their utmost to get as close to your front door as possible, but that also depends on how far the pallet truck can get at your location. The agreement with the carrier is that they deliver up to the first threshold on the ground floor, provided it is reachable with a pallet truck.

Returns with made-to-measure

Because every cabinet is made especially for you, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Is something wrong with your order or is there transport damage? Get in touch within 14 days and we'll solve it together.

Reporting damage

Check your cabinet on delivery. Report any damage via our contact page with a photo, and we'll arrange a solution quickly.
